My Next Career Path Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and repair industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience with electrical and hydraulic systems, and a commitment to workplace safety and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs in a timely manner.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Install, maintain, and replace motors, bearings, belts, pumps, conveyors, and other industrial equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues before failures occur.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.

• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.

• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

· Experience with PLC troubleshooting is preferred.

· Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.

· Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, kneel, and work in confined spaces.

· Comfortable working in manufacturing or industrial environments with varying temperatures.

· Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7:00 Am – 5:00 Pm (Overtime may be required)

Pay: $28.00 to start, with potential for increases
