Service Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional technical support and service to our clients in the CNC machining industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of CNC machinery and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them understand and utilize their equipment effectively.
- Document service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service processes and product performance.
- Train clients on proper operation and maintenance of CNC machines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the CNC machining industry or similar technical field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
