We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to perform cleaning duties on an active construction job site. This role involves sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, and moving materials.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the construction site through sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Assist in moving construction materials as needed.
- Use hand tools to perform various manual labor tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience working on a construction site is required.
- Comfortable performing general labor duties.
- Proficient with hand tools and manual labor tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction clean-up is preferred.

Work Environment
This is a prevailing wage job for an ICU Hospital Expansion located at 1559 Sparta Street, McMinnville, TN. The project starts at 6-7 AM and typically involves 8-10 hour workdays. The contract is for a two-week period from 12/22 to 01/06. The work environment is dynamic and will require flexibility in location within Middle Tennessee after the McMinnville project concludes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
