RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Handle various administrative tasks and projects.
• Develop prospective insurance customers, using various channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Similar experience in this role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• ILLINOIS PROPERY & CASUALTY and L&H INSURANCE LICENSES (possess or acquire asap)
• Bilingual preferred
