Social Services Coordinator Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>As a social services coordinator, you will assist with the planning and implementation of social services programs in your facility.</li>
<li>You will develop and coordinate educational in-services</li>
<li>You will conduct the assessment of all potential residents</li>
<li>You will engage in activities and processes directed by your Director</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
Social Services Coordinator Qualifications:
 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or better in social work, human services, or a related field.</li>
<li>At least 4 years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders</li>
<li>Experience in skilled nursing facilities</li>
<li>Experience with PAN</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship building skills</li>
