• Coordinate office supplies and inventory to ensure resources are readily available.
• Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution as required.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with office procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Handle general customer service inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
