MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Weekends: Off

Position Overview

We are hiring a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician Manager to lead and develop the data entry team within a fast-paced, mail-order pharmacy setting. This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong pharmacy tech background and proven management experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring the department runs efficiently, team members meet quality and productivity standards, and all processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of the data entry team to ensure timely and accurate processing
Approve time-off requests and manage attendance in alignment with company policy
Lead the hiring process and determine staffing levels based on business needs
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews
Administer corrective action when necessary, including write-ups and disciplinary discussions
Oversee and update technician training programs and process documentation
Communicate with clients to resolve order issues or delays
Track technician productivity, establish performance goals, and support achievement
Ensure compliance with client service level agreements and operational standards

Requirements

Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Kentucky
National certification (PTCB) preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead or management role within a pharmacy environment
Strong understanding of pharmacy data entry workflows and quality assurance
Effective communication and leadership skills
