Job Description🚛 Warehouse Worker – 1st Shift | Contract to Hire | Englewood, CO

🕒 Schedule & Pay
- Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary based on operational needs)
- Pay: $19.75 – $22.25/hour (Depending on Experience)
🔍 What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a vital role in one or more of the following areas:
- 📦 Receiving & Inventory: Handle incoming materials, including controlled substances and chemicals, with strict regulatory compliance.
- 🧼 Cleanroom Support: Pick, kit, and sanitize materials for cleanroom manufacturing, ensuring material integrity.
- 🚚 Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and ship customer orders, meeting quality and compliance standards.
- 🔄 Cycle Counts & Inventory Movements: Maintain accurate inventory using scanners and ERP systems.
- 🧹 Facility Maintenance: Perform cleaning duties and safety walks to ensure a safe, organized warehouse.
- 🏗️ Material Transport: Move materials across the warehouse network and process rejected items as needed.
✅ What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in manufacturing or healthcare (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and scanners (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
🧪 Work Environment
You’ll work in a 503B outsourcing facility with cleanroom protocols. While full bunny suits aren’t required, gloves and safety shoes are mandatory. Smocks are worn outside the cleanroom, and gowning is required inside.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $22.75/hr.
