Job Overview

As our Online Sales & Marketplace Coordinator, you will manage and optimize product listings on platforms such as eBay, Chrono24, and online jeweler groups, while also supporting essential back-office tasks related to inventory. This role is a blend of e-commerce and operations—ideal for someone who enjoys both the digital side of sales and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. You'll work closely with the inventory manager to ensure stock accuracy and product availability, and help maintain an organized inventory system.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and manage product listings across eBay, Chrono24, and other online channels
Collaborate with the inventory manager to maintain accurate product data and availability
Support back-office operations such as tagging, organizing, and preparing items for listing or shipment
Help track incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure real-time accuracy
Write and edit detailed, attractive product descriptions and titles
Conduct market research to set competitive pricing
Optimize listings for visibility and conversions using platform-specific SEO strategies
Respond to customer inquiries and offer top-tier digital customer service
Oversee order fulfillment and coordinate with shipping partners when needed
Monitor sales metrics and report performance insights with suggestions for growth
