A full-time school psychologist position is available at a K-12 school located in Hayward, CA. This contract role spans the entire school year (NSY), providing an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to support the mental health and educational development of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, collaborating with educators and families, developing intervention plans, and providing counseling services to address students academic, social, and emotional needs. The role requires managing a full caseload across all grade levels and working within a multidisciplinary team to enhance student outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Credentials as a licensed or credentialed School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Skilled in crisis intervention and counseling techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
