- Patient Interaction: Greeting patients, checking them in/out, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and handling patient statement calls/emails.

Required skills and abilities:
- High level of customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency with eClinical Works EMR platform.
- Computer and telephone skills, with a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.
- Ability to walk through various departments and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Maintenance of patient and staff confidentiality (HIPAA and FERPA).
