Your impact
You’ll own the coating process from start to finish—prepping materials, applying precision finishes, and ensuring every part meets specification.
- Pull the correct coating from inventory; set viscosity with the right thinner
- Mix two-part urethane and reducer with accuracy and consistency
- Spray to tight tolerances and visual standards
- Verify compliance through thorough inspection against customer specs
- Handle hazardous materials responsibly: collect surplus paint and used solvent, contain spills immediately, and follow procedures
- Maintain peak booth performance with filter changes and regular cleaning
- Assist with material movement and maintain an orderly workspace
What you’ll earn and when you’ll work
- $16-$21 Hourly
- First Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What you bring
- Two years of industrial spray painting or equivalent
- Excellent coordination, dexterity, and a keen eye for color
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow documented instructions
- Reliability and a safety-first approach that protects people and the environment
Physical demands
- Occasionally move equipment up to 30 pounds
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, and kneel
