Immediately Hiring: Lead Residential Electrician paying up to $40/hour at a stable, growing company in Delaware County!
Job Description: As a Lead Electrician, you will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, conduct tests, and carry out repairs by replacing faulty parts and components. You will maintain electrical systems by performing preventive maintenance and system tests, ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical problems and troubleshoot systems.
- Repair electrical issues by replacing faulty parts and components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system tests on electrical systems.
- Ensure a safe work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and technical publications.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work location at the end of each day.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 4 years of electrical experience, preferably in residential and light commercial new construction settings.
- Extensive experience in rough wiring.
- Proficiency in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems.
- Ability to work with hand and power tools, schematics, and electrical wiring.
- Knowledge of bending conduit, low voltage systems, and construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Lutron lighting system knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Service Titan or other app-based service programs is beneficial.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience in generator installation and maintenance is advantageous.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to pull wires and cables through conduits.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
