What Youll Do
As a Solar Sales Consultant, youll meet face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar and help them make confident, cost-saving decisions. If you're looking to get your feet wet in sales/marketing, this is the perfect place for you!

Responsibilities
Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners
Educate clients on solar energy solutions and savings
Use CRM and proposal software to guide the customer journey
Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads
Work inbound leads and/or self-generate opportunities
Collaborate with the operations team for smooth installations

Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelors preferred
Sales experience (solar, insurance, real estate, or phone sales)
Strong communication & active listening skills
Comfortable with tech (Zoom, CRMs, proposal tools)
Motivated, hungry to learn, and growth-oriented
