Pay: From $22.75/hour

Location: Traverse City, MI (In person)

About the Role

This is a seasonal driver position with OneLove Logistics, delivering packages for Amazon. The position runs from September 22, 2026 through December 31, 2026, with an official delivery start date of September 22, 2026.

Overtime will be offered heavily throughout the season, a great opportunity to earn extra income heading into the winter months.

Pay & Scheduling

• $22.75/hour, paid weekly
• $1/hour safety stay bonus: earn an extra $1 for every hour worked, paid out at the end of the season, contingent on maintaining a clean safety record with no infractions and no unexcused absences or no-call/no-shows throughout the project
• Typical shifts are 10 hours, 4 days a week (40 hours)
• Daytime shifts
• Two paid 15-minute breaks per shift, plus one unpaid 30-minute meal break

What You'll Do

• Deliver packages accurately and on time
• Operate the company vehicle safely and complete required safety inspections
• Follow all local and state laws, traffic regulations, and company policy
• Deliver strong customer service even under pressure
• Handle the physical demands of the job: work in all weather, cover varying routes, lift packages up to 50 lbs, and get in and out of the van frequently throughout the day
• Communicate clearly with the support team to keep deliveries on track
• Use a company smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, clocking in/out, and team communication
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle
• Pitch in on rescue calls to help teammates finish their routes when needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screening (does not test for marijuana pre-employment)
• Clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations may be disqualifying)
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
