Job DescriptionA utility company in Brandenburg, Kentucky, is seeking a new team member for their office. This position will involve assisting customers at the front counter, phones, handling payments, and data entry.Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service, assisting customers in person
  • Answer phone calls and troubleshooting
  • Entering data into computer system
  • Handling payments
  • Filing documents

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative assistance, office clerk, or front counter role is required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Customer service experience with phone etiquette
  • Able to complete a 6-8 week contract role
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
