Job DescriptionA utility company in Brandenburg, Kentucky, is seeking a new team member for their office. This position will involve assisting customers at the front counter, phones, handling payments, and data entry.Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service, assisting customers in person
- Answer phone calls and troubleshooting
- Entering data into computer system
- Handling payments
- Filing documents
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative assistance, office clerk, or front counter role is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Customer service experience with phone etiquette
- Able to complete a 6-8 week contract role
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
