School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Lewisville, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time | Local W-2 or Travel Contract Options
Pay Range:Starting at $45/hr
Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in the Lewisville, TX area. This full-time position is ideal for both local SLPs seeking school-based consistency and traveling clinicians looking for flexible contract opportunities.
Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will provide direct and consultative services to students in PreK through 12th grade with speech, language, communication, and/or feeding challenges. Youll be part of a collaborative team that values your input in IEP development, therapy implementation, and student progress tracking.

Weekly pay: 3644/hour, based on experience
2. Travel Path (W-2 with Perks or 1099):

Flexible travel contracts with licensing assistance

Weekly gross: 1,6002,000, depending on stipends and hours

Reimbursement for licensure and relocation

Weekly pay: 4250+/hour, depending on experience and travel status
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy to K12 students

Conduct assessments and support eligibility decisions

Develop and maintain IEPs in line with Texas standards

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff

Maintain timely records of evaluations and services
Requirements:
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Active Texas SLP License (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs considered

Prior school-based experience preferred

Must pass background and fingerprint checks
