Therapist Contractor Opportunity – Join Our Caring Team!

We are seeking compassionate and skilled mental health therapists to join our team as independent contractors. Location: Flexible — remote, in-person, or hybrid, in our Henderson office location

Compensation: Hourly and/or percentage compensation available.

Position Type: Contract / Part-Time or Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, or group therapy sessions

• Develop personalized treatment plans and document progress

• Maintain ethical and professional standards in client care

• Collaborate with team members and attend optional case consultations

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

• Valid licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, etc.) in Nevada

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

• Strong communication and organizational skills
