The Wildwood Hotel is a quiet, beautifully appointed boutique hotel located near St. Louis in the heart of Wildwood Town Center in West St. Louis County. Our charming French chateau-style architecture and warm European country lodge ambiance make us the ideal choice of hotels for business and leisure travelers seeking a relaxing, personalized experience.
Previous hotel experience is helpful but not required -- as long as you're the right person, we'll teach you everything you need to know to exceed standards for work quality and guest happiness. To be successful, you will be a reliable, enthusiastic multitasker who can work independently as well as get along with your team and help out where needed. You will demonstrate and promote 100% dedication to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees through excellent guest service and effective communication skills. Responsibilities:

Prepare, set up and tear down breakfast food and utensils

Monitor the levels of food and beverage available, preparing and replacing items as necessary to avoid running out

Engage guests in friendly conversation and check in on how their stay is going

Inventory, order, and rotate through breakfast supplies while minimizing food waste

Ensure the food prep and dining areas are sparkling clean at the end of your shift
Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED

Current food handler's card or ability to obtain one

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Lift and carry up to 20 pounds, push up to 50 pounds

Ability to provide stellar customer service and handle upset guests with tact and compassion

Available to work VERY early mornings (including weekends and holidays) while staying bright and energetic

Read, write, speak, and understand English
This is a Part-time position, 6am - 12:30 pm Thursday through Saturday
