A growing and dynamic organization in Greenville, SC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a confidential search for a client who values professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to office support.
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily office operations while also gaining exposure to financial processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their administrative experience into the financial side of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and team members
Manage calendars, scheduling, and communications
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking
Maintain organized records and filing systems
Support general office operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with QuickBooks or other financial software is a plus, but not required
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
