Pay starts at $19 per hourShift : M-F 8am - 5pm
The Human Resources Assistant supports the HR department in a variety of administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment, employee records, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role helps ensure HR processes run smoothly while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Help track employee attendance, leave requests, and HR metrics.
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
