Lead Mental Health Excellence in Virtual Education
Our expanding remote education network is seeking an experienced School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services to students throughout Ohio. This position bines the convenience of remote work with the rewarding experience of supporting student mental health and academic success in virtual learning environments.
Position Details
Working 35-37.5 hours weekly, you'll manage a diverse caseload of approximately 45-55 students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels. This remote position allows you to deliver specialized psychological services through cutting-edge virtual platforms while maintaining professional standards and flexible scheduling.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform psychological assessments using virtual testing platforms
- Interpret assessment results and develop prehensive evaluation reports
- Design individualized intervention plans targeting specific behavioral goals
- Deliver therapeutic services through interactive virtual sessions
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly
- Collaborate with general education teachers and special education teams
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide professional insights
- Provide family consultation and support for home-based strategies
- Maintain pliance with federal and state special education regulations
Required Credentials
- Master's degree in School Psychology
- Valid Ohio school psychologist license
- Minimum 2 years school-based experience
- Experience with virtual service delivery preferred
- Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and techniques
- Strong knowledge of special education law and procedures
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
Student Population
You'll work with students presenting various psychological and educational needs including attention difficulties, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma responses, and behavioral challenges. Our virtual model serves students in urban, suburban, and rural munities, providing access to specialized psychological services regardless of geographic location.
