We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and Returns in a high-volume distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead department managers across all warehouse functions

• Oversee daily receiving (3–4 containers), shipping (up to 4,000 packages), and returns (up to 400 daily)

• Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and quality control

• Optimize warehouse layout and operational efficiency

• Develop policies, training programs, and seasonal staffing plans

• Track KPIs and drive continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a large-scale warehouse

• Experience managing receiving and/or high-volume, multi-carrier shipping

• Strong inventory control background

• Experience leading leadership-level staff

• Computer proficiency required; RF scanner/inventory software preferred

• Flexible to work day shifts, occasional Sundays, and peak-season hours
