**This job is NOT Remote. All tasks are performed in our Production / Support area.**
The position is HYBRID in between departments.
Overview
This hybrid position bridges responsibilities between the Production Team and the Support Team, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration. The role is designed to address seasonal or temporary demands within the production area by combining hands-on tasks in product repackaging and quality support.
Key Responsibilities
Production Team Area
- Repackage products according to established company guidelines.
- Maintain quality control standards while repackaging to ensure all products meet the company's specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Support Team Area
- Seal items repackaged by the Production Team to ensure product integrity and presentation.
- Accurately place labels on repackaged items, adhering to company labeling standards.
- Inspect labels and seals to ensure consistency and compliance with requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards for product packaging and labeling.
- Adaptability: Comfortable switching between different tasks and departments as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to meet daily production and support targets.
Work Environment
- Schedule: Flexible hours may be required to accommodate seasonal or temporary workload demands.
- Location: On-site in the production area, with occasional shifts between departments.
