Bonus Program:
- $1,000 after 14 days (perfect attendance)
- $1,000 after 60 days
- $1,000 after 90 days (must have 14-day bonus)

Quality Inspector - CMM Operator
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced CMM Operator to support precision dimensional inspection, quality assurance, and manufacturing activities. This role involves operating and programming CMM equipment, analyzing measurement results, and collaborating with engineering and QA teams to ensure product conformity.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CMM systems
- Perform dimensional inspections and document measurement results
- Identify discrepancies and support root-cause investigations
- Conduct routine quality checks and maintain inspection records
- Troubleshoot CMM issues and perform basic preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; technical degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience operating CMM equipment in manufacturing or quality control
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and engineering drawings (preferred)
Skills
- Proficient in CMM programming and measurement software
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail; able to work independently or in a team
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quality or CMM certification (preferred)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
