About the Role
As a Barista at Corazón Coffee Bar, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional coffee and customer service. From crafting the perfect latte to sharing your coffee knowledge with our customers, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
What You'll Be Doing
Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities: - Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care. - Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. - Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of barista experience. You know your way around an espresso machine and can whip up a cappuccino like a pro. - A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to share your knowledge with others. - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. - A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
