A registered nurse with specialized experience in cardiovascular intensive care is needed for a contract opportunity in Virginia Beach, VA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU).

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document accurate medical records.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and escalate care when necessary.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular and critical care nursing.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
