Job Summary: The Mailroom Clerk will support daily office service operations including mailroom activities, legal printing, scanning, shipping/receiving, hospitality support, and facility-related coordination. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a customer-first mindset, ensuring smooth workflow across office services, visitor support, and vendor interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Office Services operations including mailroom workflow
- Perform legal printing, copying, and scanning tasks
- Manage mail shipping and receiving
- Support hospitality tasks such as supply maintenance, ordering, and restocking snacks/drinks
- Reset visitor offices as required
- Restock and organize kitchen areas
- Assist with facilities tasks
- Serve as liaison with vendors
- Perform extensive walking and use stairs when required
- Operate equipment including 3-hole drill and MFD printers
Required Skills:
- Experience in Copy, Print, Mail, Shipping & Receiving, and Hospitality services
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently with a self-starter approach
