Qualifications/Skills
- Four or more years work experience in Accounting Industry (Multifamily Industry knowledge is a plus)
- Proficient with accounting software such as Quickbooks.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products, i.e., Outlook, Excel, Teams
- Experience with online business banking platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping duties which include:

- Data Entry and reviewing account payables for the portfolio and companies including credit card statements.
- Data Entry and reviewing monthly receivables for accuracy, adjustments, and/or corrections.
- Creating journal entries and entering bank account transactions.
- Month end checklist and close out processes including follow up and correction of outstanding items.
- Process online payments and check payments timely.
- Assist with capital draws and lender escrow management.
- Assist with annual 1099 and 1096 forms.
- Assist with year-end tax reporting for outsourced tax preparation.
- Process semi-monthly payroll and maintaining of employee files.
