Cash Handling Responsibilities
-
Customer Service, register sales, food cooking and food prep

Focuses primarily on customer interactions that includes food sales for guests and delivering food in the hall

Other duties can include:

Operating the Cash register for kitchen and bar
-
Accountability to cash and credit card sales
-
Assist with special parties
-
Assist with Fundraising events
-
Assure food quality and presentation standards are met
-
Oversee and Assist with daily cleanliness of the kitchen to assure standards are met
-
Hire, supervise, train and Work with a staff of 5-7 people
-
Work with Operations Manager for scheduling needs of the kitchen and bar
-
Must have Strong organizational Skills
-
Must be able to take your knowledge of the operations and assist kitchen staff where needed and assure all guests are having a great experience
-
Must be able to work independently and oversee all aspects of the kitchen
-
Offer great guest service creating a fun environment for seasoned players and new players alike
-
Must be able to be on your feet 4-5 hours at a time and work 8-10 hours per day if needed

Be able to lift 30 pounds
-
Must have flexible scheduling, be available to cover various shifts between Wednesday – Sunday
-
Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Must have strong communication skills

Must be a team player and create a team environment

Must be willing to assist in the hall where needed

Must be willing to learn all aspects of the Kitchen – cashier, food prep cooking, keep cleanliness a priority

Must have reliable transportation

Complete weekly food and supply orders
-
Manage food, beer, and supply inventory
-
Position involves evenings until 9pm and we are open Wednesday – Sunday evening along with Saturday afternoon (9:30-2:30pm)
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Ages 18 and up
HS or GED
Food cooking preferred but not required
