Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chardon, Ohio. This is a Contract to permanent position offering a dynamic opportunity to support customer interactions and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The role is based on-site and provides a chance to contribute to a positive and detail-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
• Process and manage order entries accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and detail-oriented communication at all times.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software to maintain organized records and correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experiences.
• Follow business casual dress code and uphold company standards in all interactions.
• Participate in an on-site interview and adhere to requirements for undergoing necessary screenings.
• Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and detail-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the company’s mission by delivering exceptional customer service.• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in order entry and managing customer accounts.
• Strong skills in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Chardon, Ohio, and adhere to business casual dress standards.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
