• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4x10s)
• Mid Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (4x8s)
• Varied Weekly Schedule:
  • Combination of extended day shifts and evening shifts
  • Includes weekend coverage

Job Summary

The X-Ray Technologist – Radiology is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and the ability to manage workload efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesImaging & Patient Care

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure proper patient positioning and radiation safety protocols
• Deliver compassionate care to patients across diverse populations

Clinical Operations

• Operate and maintain radiology equipment
• Follow established imaging protocols and quality standards
• Adapt to varying patient volumes and workflow demands

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams
• Communicate effectively regarding patient care and imaging needs

Documentation

• Maintain accurate records using EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State (NYS) X-Ray License
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist
• Experience with Epic EMR system

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT Certification
