Labor Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll serve as the connection between our internal teams and external customers resolving issues, managing requests, and helping ensure smooth operations across the board.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain communication with internal and external customers

Respond to customer inquiries and provide requested information

Trace shipment data for accuracy and integrity
-
Handle POD (Proof of Delivery) requests and manage cases
-
Support reclamation processes and stock inventories
-
Assist with escalations and client-specific service issues
-
Regularly review and follow Statement of Procedures (SOPs)

Collaborate with service providers and internal departments
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience

Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Highly organized with the ability to multitask

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic work environment

Willingness to work overtime when needed
Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

Standing or walking for extended periods

Requires reaching, stooping, and bending

Work takes place in a manufacturing environment
