What's your day like?

As a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, your daily responsibilities will include providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. You can expect to conduct health assessments, administer medications, and collaborate closely with the nursing team to develop individualized care plans. In your role as a Cart Nurse, you will work from 7 AM to 7 PM, ensuring continuity of care throughout the day. This schedule allows you to engage regularly with residents, addressing their needs and providing emotional support.

You will be responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and documenting patient progress meticulously. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in communicating with families and other healthcare professionals, fostering a transparent and supportive environment for our residents. Adaptability and problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate the dynamic healthcare setting.
