Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for manufacturing initiatives, from concept to completion.
• Manage project budgets, resources (personnel, equipment, materials), and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain, to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Ensure all manufacturing projects comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, prepare detailed status reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes and project management methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or PLM systems
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
