Part-Time Compliance Clerk
Location: Miami Gardens, FL
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Onsite for training, with the opportunity to transition to a partial work-from-home schedule once fully trained
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Compliance Clerk to support our Compliance Department. This role focuses on clerical and administrative tasks related to export compliance, data management, and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, handling sensitive information, and maintaining organized digital files.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with export compliance processes, including export bond documentation
- Upload and maintain data within SharePoint files
- Support the primary compliance team member with export-related tasks
- Assist with FTZ inventory tracking and recordkeeping
- Organize, maintain, and update compliance files and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and reporting
