Lead GTM Engineer
We're partnering with a rapidly growing AI startup that's transforming how companies gather and act on customer insights. Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by leading enterprise organizations, the company has experienced exceptional growth and is building out its next generation go-to-market infrastructure.
They're seeking a Lead GTM Engineer to partner closely with the Head of Growth and build the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that power a world-class outbound engine. This is a highly technical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building scalable GTM systems, leveraging AI, and creating operational leverage across the revenue organization.
*Please note: This role requires 5 days/week on-site in either NYC or San Francisco
What You'll Do
Build and Scale Outbound Infrastructure
- Design and implement scalable prospecting, enrichment, and outreach systems
- Create automated workflows that improve targeting, personalization, and SDR productivity
- Build and maintain data pipelines that support outbound execution and reporting
Own GTM Systems and Tooling
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize the GTM technology stack
- Manage integrations across CRM, sequencing, enrichment, intent, and analytics platforms
- Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and support future growth
Drive Data & Targeting Strategy
- Develop ICP models, segmentation frameworks, lead scoring systems, and account prioritization methodologies
- Leverage data to improve targeting accuracy and outbound performance
- Create reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to sales and growth teams
Enable Revenue Teams
- Equip SDRs and sales teams with best-in-class tooling, workflows, and automation
- Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and implement solutions that improve efficiency and conversion rates
- Partner with revenue leaders to continuously improve outbound performance
Collaborate Across the Business
- Work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Align GTM systems with broader company objectives and product capabilities
- Act as a technical resource for go-to-market initiatives and experimentation
What They're Ideally Looking For
- Solid experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar technical go-to-market role
- Experience building outbound infrastructure, prospecting systems, or SDR enablement programs
- Strong understanding of modern GTM technology stacks, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, intent, and analytics platforms
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, systems integration, and data management
- Ability to write SQL and work comfortably with large datasets
- Experience building automations, workflows, or technical solutions independently
- Familiarity with APIs, AI-powered workflows, data pipelines, or low-code/no-code automation platforms is highly desirable
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and autonomy
