We’re hiring a CNC operator to rough-mill the minor axis on tips and remove excess cup material on a vertical machining center. Earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus while you put your programming and measurement skills to work.

Does this sound like you?

• 18+ with solid mechanical know-how?
• Comfortable reading blueprints and routings?
• Fluent in GD&T, G-Code, and CNC tooling?
• Able to set up/change over a VMC and jump between cell machines as demand shifts?

What you’ll do

• Inspect and program the CNC mill; verify the width of the cup and OD of the stock using calipers.
• Load the workpiece and square it up—align the longer side of the cup with a Machinist Square.
• Close the enclosure and run the part.
• Clean the part to remove coolant, then measure with dial calipers.
• Confirm length and width against work order instructions.
• Produce the first piece and secure First Piece Inspection sign-off.

Note: Responsibilities may expand to include other related tasks as assigned.
