Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School Setting
Location: Edison, NJ
Duration: Contract through the End of School Year (CSY)
Schedule: 35 hours per week, Onsite at a High School

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed RN or LPN with school nursing experience who is looking to provide compassionate healthcare services to K-12 students in a supportive educational environment. The role requires onsite presence at a high school in Edison, NJ, with a commitment through the end of the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing services that support student health and well-being in accordance with school policies.
• Manage a caseload of K-12 students requiring health assessments, medication administration, and health education.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to promote a safe and healthy school environment.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide guidance and health-related interventions tailored to individual student needs.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid New Jersey RN or LPN nursing license.
• Prior experience as a school nurse preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating teamwork within the school community.
