Job DescriptionSalary:
As Operator I - Machine/ Manufacturing under close supervision, candidates perform basic machine operation tasks across a variety of product families.. Set up and operate production equipment while learning to identify and resolve standard production issues.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate surface mount placement line and associated equipment under guidance.
- Set up solder paste printing equipment; ensure basic print quality.
- Set reflow oven parameters to standard settings.
- Communicate production progress and any issues to area management.
- Support adherence to daily load requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Maintain high ethical standards and comply with company conduct policies.
Qualifications
- Completion of internal training for level 1 printer, setup, and machine operation (WI F18-026).
- Basic knowledge of surface mount component identification.
- Ability to load and unload assembly layouts.
- Ability to read and understand bills of materials.
- Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Good attendance and ability to work overtime.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or technical trade certificate.
- 03 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
