Job Description

Job DescriptionSalary:

As Operator I - Machine/ Manufacturing under close supervision, candidates perform basic machine operation tasks across a variety of product families.. Set up and operate production equipment while learning to identify and resolve standard production issues.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate surface mount placement line and associated equipment under guidance.
  • Set up solder paste printing equipment; ensure basic print quality.
  • Set reflow oven parameters to standard settings.
  • Communicate production progress and any issues to area management.
  • Support adherence to daily load requirements and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and comply with company conduct policies.


Qualifications

  • Completion of internal training for level 1 printer, setup, and machine operation (WI F18-026).
  • Basic knowledge of surface mount component identification.
  • Ability to load and unload assembly layouts.
  • Ability to read and understand bills of materials.
  • Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Good attendance and ability to work overtime.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or technical trade certificate.
  • 03 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
