Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle billing collections, ensuring payments are received and recorded appropriately.
• Generate and distribute billing statements to clients.
• Utilize computerized billing systems to track and update invoices.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
• Support operational teams with administrative tasks related to billing functions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all billing activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.• Previous experience in billing functions and processes.
• Proficiency in computerized billing systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in data entry with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage billing collections and generate accurate statements.
• Familiarity with handling customer invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Newark, New Jersey.
