Pay Range: $18.94/hr (W2)
Shift: 3:15PM-11:45PM
Job Description
We are seeking a [Job Title] to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing, packaging, inspection, palletizing, and quality verification and a proven ability to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety and health in all job duties.
- Load, pack, inspect, and palletize brick and gel under direction from Line Leads.
- Read work orders to determine quantities for stock and open orders.
- Follow instructions to verify product quality and arrange pallets accordingly.
- Assemble parts, perform visual inspections, pack, seal, label, and stack finished parts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to use gauges, scales, and measuring equipment to verify specifications.
- Ability to complete and maintain production and quality records.
- Basic troubleshooting to perform minimal routine maintenance and report issues.
- Experience level: manufacturing or production environment exposure preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with good manufacturing practices and safety programs.
- Prior work with palletizing, packaging lines, or visual inspection.
