Our client is looking to hire a Banking Center Manager in Fort Worth, TX to manage and drive success across all areas of operations, lending, sales, and service. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee daily operations while cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in customer satisfaction and team empowerment. Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years of Banking Branch Manager or Operations experience
- Must have experience with branch management operations, lending and supervisory experience
- Must have advanced knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations
- Must have strong consumer loan product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Must pass a criminal and credit background check once offer is accepted
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
