Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Installation and Fabrication Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will work all aspects of the fabrication and installation projects and ensure they progress on schedule. The ideal candidate is an expert in masonry/brick work, LED sign installation and has a proven track record of successful completion of projects. Responsibilities

<li>Work with team to complete all aspects of the project</li>
<li>Comply with building and safety regulations</li>
<li>Meet timelines and deliverables</li>
<li>Report on progress</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in Construction</li>
<li>Previous experience with sign fabrication and installation a plus</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of construction methods and demolition</li>
<li>Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills</li>
<li>Ability to break large projects into small steps</li>
<li>Speak English and Spanish (required)</li>
