  • Serve as point of contact for all clinical aspects when Director of Nursing is on scheduled vacation or leave.

Clinical Oversight & Leadership:

  • Support the DON in managing clinical workflows, staff productivity, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as a back-up to the DON.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new clinical staff with a focus on compliance, documentation, and agency standards.
  • Collaborate with the QAPI committee to identify trends and implement improvement strategies related to survey findings or quality metrics.
  • Ensure follow-through on any post-survey plans of correction or quality improvement initiatives.
  • Willing to provide patient care when staff coverage is unavailable.

  • In-depth knowledge of CHAP accreditation standards, Medicare CoPs, and home health regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMRs), specifically with WellSky (previously known as Kinnser).

What We Offer:

  • A leadership role with direct impact on survey success and agency growth
  • Competitive pay
  • A supportive environment focused on collaboration and professional growth
  • Flexibility and autonomy in your day-to-day responsibilities
