Compensation:
$77,000 - $91,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Please note that this is a full-time sales position!
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing personalized financial advice and solutions
- Gather and assess clients’ financial information, goals, and risk tolerance
- Develop custom strategies for retirement, education savings, wealth protection, and estate planning
- Recommend a wide range of products, including life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and more
- Guide clients through plan execution and conduct regular reviews to adapt strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other New York Life professionals to deliver holistic solutions
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Business-minded spirit with a strong drive for success and independence
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Background in sales, customer service, or financial services is helpful but not required
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory
- Bilingual abilities are a strong plus
- Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license (training and sponsorship provided)
