We are building a tight, performance-driven kitchen team from day one.
Role Overview
We’re looking for strong line cooks who can handle a fast-paced grill environment and take pride in consistency, speed, and clean execution.
This is not a passive role. You’ll be part of a focused team where performance matters and standards are high.
What You’ll Do
- Grill and prepare chicken to exact standards (temperature, timing, consistency)
- Execute orders quickly and accurately during peak service
- Maintain portion control and minimize waste
- Support prep, station setup, and kitchen organization
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready at all times
- Work as part of a tight, coordinated team during rush periods
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or grill environment preferred
- Ability to work under pressure without losing consistency
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Reliable, on time, and ready to work
- Team-oriented with a solid work ethic
- Willingness to learn and improve

Compensation & Growth
- $19 - $23 per hour based on experience
