Role Description

GM of GameDay Activation & Operations\n

- Position Type: Volunteer Leadership / Non-Paid
- Estimated Commitment: 6–8 hours per week during season (& on-site at Laney Stadium for three home games)
- Role Overview: Own the entire live fan experience. As the GameDay GM, you run the show at Laney Stadium, managing everything from sponsor activations and pre-game entertainment footprints to the safety, logistics, and flow of thousands of fans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect the entire stadium footprint layout, including fan zones, youth clinics, and sponsor activation areas.
- Build, train, and deploy the entire GameDay Operations volunteer crew on game days.
- Oversee the in-stadium production script, coordinating cues with the PA Announcer, DJ, and Halftime show acts.
- Manage event safety, gate timelines, and stadium walkthroughs to guarantee an elite, professional, and family-friendly environment.

Leadership Profile: A master coordinator or event producer with extensive experience in live entertainment, sports venue operations, or project management. Must have exceptional command under pressure and strong commanding communication skills.
