A Florida-based family-owned company in the tobacco industry is looking for a diligent Accounts Payable to join their team immediately.

Pay rate: $26-$28/hr. depending on experience.
Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations using Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Resolve complex invoice discrepancies and manage vendor relationships in English and Spanish
- Oversee high-volume payments, bank transfers, and checks in a dynamic environment
- Review and approve invoices, aging reports, and payments in compliance with internal controls
- Perform AP subledger to General Ledger reconciliations and support month-end close
- Drive AP process improvements, documentation updates, and workflow efficiencies
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- No prior manufacturing industry experience required; willingness to learn and adapt
