Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, people first Clinic Recruiter to own a smooth, thoughtful, and consistent candidate experience across all stages of hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers and interviewers to structure interview plans, coordinate panels, and ensure that evaluations are fair and consistent. You will coordinate high volume scheduling, communicate proactively with candidates, and help build the recruiting processes and documentation that support scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, maintaining momentum from kickoff to offer acceptance while coordinating with stakeholders and candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple departments, managing complex calendars and time zones
- Partner with hiring managers to create structured interview plans, assemble interview panels, and track evaluation consistency
- Post and maintain job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with hiring goals
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, interest, and role alignment
- Support sourcing by identifying prospects, reviewing resumes, and managing outbound messaging in coordination with hiring managers
- Own onsite logistics, including welcoming candidates, preparing rooms, managing interview flow, and ensuring a seamless day of experience
- Maintain accurate, up to date candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate candidate travel and reimbursements when needed
- Track interview feedback and scheduling metrics in Ashby to improve process efficiency
- Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and process documentation for recruiting
- Partner with People team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, including pre start logistics and internal team readiness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in clinic recruiting or clinic operations with direct exposure to clinical and front office roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, professional approach to candidates and internal partners
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or with clinical teams
- Familiarity with Ashby and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Comfort with Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and calendar coordination tools
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position includes:
- Base Salary: $120,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and location
- Incentives: Discretionary bonus and/or stock option grants based on company and individual performance
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and additional benefits
